These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, and any enrolment or purchase of courses, coaching, membership or other services offered through the Website (collectively, the “Services”) by Paul Waddy (ABN/registration as applicable) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Website or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our Services.

2. Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be 18 years or older (or otherwise legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction) to register for and use the Services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username/password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment/purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • We may accept payments in Australian Dollars (AUD) or other currencies (USD) as indicated.

  • You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access if payment is not received or is reversed.

5. Access & Use

  • Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Services as described on the product page (e.g., lifetime access, 12 months access, weekly live Q&A, community forum).

  • You must not share or distribute your login credentials, or allow others to access the Services using your account.

  • To claim a refund, you must comply with the stated policy (e.g., time-frame, proof of no use, etc.).

  • After a refund is processed, your access to the Services will be terminated immediately.
